ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Deputy Manager to support the team in RBKC, you will have direct line management responsibility for the frontline care and support staff at your service who are providing housing related support to people who have experienced various difficulties and circumstances. You will work alongside community partners and stakeholders to ensure needs and objectives are met. You will be part of a team providing effective outreach support to vulnerable adults to assist with tenancy sustainment, independent living, and promoting self-reliance.
ABOUT THE SERVICE
We deliver a service for a people with multiple needs specialising accommodation and community-based support. We help people that struggle with daily living, mental illness, substance and alcohol abuses, homelessness or offending backgrounds by providing them with support to overcome difficulties existing because of their life circumstances. Our services in RBKC vary from visiting services to staffed 7 days a week, we have staffing cover from 9am to 9pm working with residents with varying levels of support need including complex needs across eighteen schemes in the North of the borough.
We strive to address the inequality of access to health, employment, training, and social care support for people with multiple needs .We understand that many people accessing our services have had to endure trauma and we respond to the impact of these adverse experiences through person-centered, trust-building and compassionate support.
