ABOUT THE ROLE
We're recruiting a Recovery Worker to support our service in Brighton!
As a Recovery Worker, you will support the service to meet the needs of our contractual requirements and the needs of our residents and participants. This will be a varied role, to contribute to successfully reintegrating our residents and participants back into the community. You will provide pathways, support, and appropriate interventions that will enable successful resettlements and deliver to achieve more safer, integrated communities for all our stakeholders.
Shift Pattern: This will vary between Monday to Friday 14:30 - 22:00 and 10:00 - 18:00
ABOUT THE SERVICE
Brighton Women's Service is a women's only residential project providing support to 18 women. The service has a Trauma Informed approach using a Psychologically Informed Environment Model. Our service focuses on providing a high quality, person centered support to all our residents.
