ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an Engagement and Activities Worker to carry out supported housing management duties in our service. You will be responsible for maintaining social contact and company to enhance quality of life, enhance personal safety, health and security, sustainment of tenancy, and improving financial independence and economic wellbeing to support our residents and participants back into the community.
Shift Pattern: Flexible zero hours agreement - Monday to Sunday, shifts vary.
ABOUT THE SERVICE
You will be working in a 24 hour, 25-bed service in Romford, delivered in partnership with Havering Council and other local providers, supporting those who are experiencing homelessness. All admissions are jointly agreed, and placements reviewed at a weekly complex needs panel chaired by the local authority. Residents are agreed on the basis that they are:
