ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is ready to step up and take on a leadership position. We are looking for someone who is person-centred, with previous experience working with people who have experienced homelessness and have multiple needs, or can demonstrate transferrable skills. You will be based in Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC). In this role, you will report to the Area Manager and oversee multiple dispersed services across the RBKC region, managing a team of support workers.
The service provides multiple units of accommodation across the area for individuals experiencing homelessness and complex needs. As Service Manager, you will ensure that the service meets the requirements of our multiple stakeholders, including commissioners and residents. You will lead your team to ensure a high quality service delivery, performance and continuous improvement.
Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday onsite, you will also partake in our out of hours on call duty and may be required to work flexibly to meet service needs and requirements.

We are seeking a candidate with experience in supporting individuals with multiple and complex needs, particularly those facing homelessness (or able to demonstrate transferrable skills).
