ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring Relief bank Support Coaches to join our team within Pathways to Independence.
In Medway Supported Accommodation team, you will form as part of a team which offers support to around 52 residents across services in Gillingham, Chatham, and Rochester for single homeless people and ex-offenders. Although the main resident caseload for this role will be based in Chatham, you will also need to support our residents across Rochester. Please be aware that during your time that bases can change, depending on the demands on the service.
In Maidstone, as a Support Coach, you will contribute to successfully rehabilitating and reintegrating our participants back into the community. You will work alongside various stakeholders and partners and engage with our participants through various key working activities to identify the needs, goals and skills, then provide pathways, support, and appropriate interventions to support with successful resettlements. This team offers support to 31 residents across services in Maidstone for homeless people in priority need , these projects are commissioned by Maidstone Borough council. The main resident case load for this role will be based in at Fairmeadow, Maidstone, ME14 1JP, however you will be required to travel to other projects in the area to suit service needs.
You will contribute to providing successful rehabilitation and reintegration for our residents back into the community, providing pathways, support, and appropriate interventions to ensure successful resettlements.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (some flexibility required on occasion)

We work alongside various partners and stakeholders so we are looking for a Support Worker who can adapt and work well alongside other teams.
