Service Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE 

We’re seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee our Accommodation Services and Peer Mentoring Outreach Service. This is a chance to lead a team dedicated to supporting individuals facing homelessness, mental health issues, substance misuse, and challenges from the criminal justice system.

In this pivotal role, you’ll manage safe, stable accommodation services and peer mentoring programs, ensuring high-quality, person-centered support for those with complex needs.

Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm with flexibility. Participation in the On-Call out of hours rota is also required.

About You

• Experience managing housing, homelessness, or social care services.
• Knowledge of complex needs such as mental health, substance misuse, and criminal justice involvement.

• IT proficiency and the ability to navigate case management systems.
