We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Housing Support Workers who is passionate about supporting individuals to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. You will have experience working with people from diverse and complex backgrounds and a genuine commitment to making a difference in the lives of vulnerable people.
Synergy, Brent is a Housing Related Support (HRS) Service for a range of vulnerable people who have been or are at risk of homelessness. The age eligibility criteria for the service is adults between the ages of 18 to 60, who are identified to have low/medium support needs. Some of the needs we support are:
Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Rota Monday to Friday, 08.00am-16.00pm, 09.00am-17.00pm & 10.00am-18.00pm
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a compassionate, empathetic, and proactive Housing Support Worker who is dedicated to supporting individuals facing complex challenges. You’ll bring experience in providing person-centred care and support, ideally within a housing, social care, or outreach setting. Your ability to build trust and form strong relationships will be key to helping participants achieve their goals, whether it’s recovery, reablement, or rehabilitation.
