Job Title: Service Manager
Location: Royal Borough Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC)
Salary: £38,700
Shift Pattern: 12 month fixed term contract, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00. Onsite face to face service, with flexibility around these hours required. All managers, including this position will take part in the out of hours on call duty.

About the Service Manager role
We have an exciting 12 month opportunity, perfect for you if you are looking to take the next step in your career within a supported housing service! This is a great opportunity for current deputy service managers, or experienced support workers (and equivalent) looking for that next step!
In this post, you will lead a service which provides person centred support to residents who have multiple needs including mental health, substance use, homelessness, and/or offending backgrounds. The team deliver an exceptional service to support our residents to overcome personal challenges to help them achieve their personal goals and milestones. This is a rewarding role, perfect for someone who has experience in supporting people with multiple and complex needs and is now wanting to take on a managerial position. You will provide leadership to your team to deliver the support our residents need, providing guidance and advice as required. You will be all rounded in your approach, able to motivate a team to achieve service KPIs and achieve positive outcomes.
You will have a passion for what we do, and an understanding of the multiple needs that our residents may have, and able to provide a solutions based approach in your work. This role is perfect for someone who is determined, takes pride in their work, and is able to motivate a diverse team. What the role includes:
