ABOUT THE RECOVERY WORKER (PART TIME) ROLE
Equinox is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Recovery Worker (Part-Time) to join our team. Our service supports 15 male residents aged between 18 and 65 who are living with enduring mental health issues with co morbidity, often alongside drug and alcohol dependencies and a family history of mental health challenges. This is an all-male service, and our goal is to provide tailored support to help residents improve their quality of life and achieve their recovery goals. Equinox Southampton Way is a two-year supported living service designed for adults with enduring mental health conditions who require medium-to-high levels of support. The service offers 14 self-contained flats and one crisis room, providing 24-hour supported accommodation to help residents maintain stability in the community and reduce hospital admissions.
Shift Pattern: Part Time -18.75 hours per week, 7 days a week. Rotating shifts: Day 07:30 - 15:30 and evening 14:00 - 22:00. Onsite face-to-face responsibilities, coverage required for evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
Salary: £26,100 (Full-Time Equivalent)
