ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee our Accommodation Services and Peer Mentoring Outreach Service based in Medway. You will be responsible for the running and development of the service, which offers 52 bed spaces for those with a criminal record and those who are currently or previously homeless.

As a Service Manager, you will lead the service and support a team of 9 to deliver person centred care and support, you will manage the service to ensure it is safe, stable, and offering opportunities to enhance quality of life for our residents and participants. You will have full oversight of your service, ensuring full compliance, and support the Head of Service in the implementation and delivery of service monitoring and development. You will contribute to the strategic direction of local services. 

You will build effective community links and partnerships and be an advocate for the voices of our residents and participants, as well as for what we deliver at Social Interest Group.

Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm with flexibility. Participation in the On-Call out of hours rota is also required.

Salary: £38,300

  • IT proficiency and the ability to navigate case management systems.
  • Able to work flexibly to the requirements of the service, including additional hours as required including occasional evenings.
