Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: Islington, London, Hybrid working with 2 days a week in the office and service visits regularly across London, Brighton, Luton, Bedford, Kent, and Liverpool. Once a month, the full People and Culture team have a collaborative office day on a Monday.
Salary: £34,100
Shift Pattern: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00, with some flexibility around these hours for events, outreach, and ad hoc duties as necessary for organisational needs. This role is a fixed term contract, ending December 2025.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established Talent Acquisition team, supporting our hiring managers with all areas of hiring needs. You will report into the Talent Acquisition Partner and work closely alongside another Talent Acquisition Coordinator, and the wider People and Culture team. We are still developing the way we do things and continuously improving our efforts in recruiting the right people for the right roles within our organisation. There is an opportunity within the role to bring a wealth of new ideas and experience, to support us broaden our employer brand into localised and national communities.
You will be responsible for the day to day coordination of talent acquisition activities, regularly liaising with hiring managers at all levels to understand their hiring needs, and create engaging campaigns to support them in attracting and recruiting the right people for their roles. You will support them with end to end recruitment, utilising our ATS Reach to enhance candidate experience and hiring manager processes. We are a fast paced organisation and at times you will be handling multiple priorities at once, you will be someone who is up for the challenge and able to organise your work schedule to meet the varying demands of the organisation.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for what we do as an organisation, with a drive to support our frontline services to be at staffing capacity, with positive influence to our resident and participant group. You will have an understanding of the Social Care market, and be able to differentiate ourselves from competitors and other health and social care providers.
We're looking for someone who can think outside the box, bring new ideas, can be proactive in talent sourcing, and can produce high quality recruitment campaigns. You will be confident in filling niche roles, as well as general frontline care and support roles, and central office positions.
