Location: Bermondsey (This service has step free access) Local stations include: Surrey Quays and Canada Water
Salary: £41,600
Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00. You may at times be required to work outside these hours dependent on service requirements. You will also take part in our out of hours on call rota for managers.
About the role
We're hiring a Registered Manager to lead our CQC registered care home which specialises in harm reduction support for adults with complex needs related to alcohol use and complex physical and mental health needs. As a Registered Manager, you will lead the service and a team to deliver trauma informed residential care, creating an environment which is safe, empowering, and non-judgmental for our residents and stakeholders. You will ensure high standards of service quality, performance, and improvement, whilst ensuring CQC guidelines are met.
